Honorable delegates, directors, and all participants of KISMUN 2021,
My name is Park Min Yeong, and it is an honor for me to serve you as the head chair of HRC.
As there are so many students participating in KISMUN, I think your feelings will also be very diverse. There will be students who feel excited while participating in KISMUN, and others might also feel scared or nervous. Some may be intimidated or worried that they are worse than others.
However, I hope you remember that all the LDP members, including me, have gone through the process you went through. Not everyone can do well from the beginning, so all of us make mistakes and get lost. It's just a natural process for you for the next step, so I hope you do not worry too much, and do not compare yourself with others.
Just as the slogan of KISMUN 2021 is 'Beyond your limits', I hope KISMUN 2021 will serve as an opportunity for you to discover your own possibilities and push your limits. Just standing at the podium with confidence is a great thing, so do not hesitate, and participate with assurance. I hope you enjoy KISMUN 2021 as much as you can. I am looking forward to meeting you at the conference.

Salutations esteemed Guests of KISMUN 2021
I am SeoYun and it is my honor to serve you all as Deputy Chair of the Human Rights Council in this hard time.
To begin with formalities, I do not see myself as above anyone else. People gathered here have just as much talent, light, dream and motivation as I have.
Let us all remind ourselves what the reason we all are here is. We are here to improve. We are here to be better than ourselves of yesterday. We are all insignificant as of right now. However, we shouldn’t let this fact be the same in the future. We have no power to make any difference now. Then let us stride forward to make a difference tomorrow. This is why we are all here. To make a difference.
Adults always say we children are the future of this generation and we can be anything we want as long as we try hard. We all know this is a lie. The lie gives us hope and motivation. Though the lie itself could be wrong and ridiculed, the message, I hope dear delegates, is not wrong. We need to hope more. Be more. And together we will be more and bring hope to this world.
Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Actually try to make as many mistakes and failures as you can. It is our privilege as a young to make mistakes. But remember my dear friends, that we should all learn from our mistakes. It will be the greatest lesson and a fun memory for us all.
Most importantly, do not give up. Your mistake does not define who you are, but your progress will.
