Esteemed Directors, Delegates, Student Officers, and Guests,
​I’m Ji Woo Lee, and it is a great honor to serve as the Head Administrator in KISMUN 2021.
This is my 5th MUN conference since I’ve participated as a delegate for three years and last year as an admin staff. For the past years, I have seen the Administration team creating a better environment supporting all the time before and after the debate. Thus, I also became interested in preparing for the event.
As I got a great opportunity to play an important role in this year’s KISMUN, I and our admin team will try our best to provide delegates’ needs for a productive debate.

Expressing opinions towards the delegates during the debate will sometimes make you feel nervous and hesitant; as I also experienced, but I strongly believe that you will find yourself growing even more at the end. I wish all the delegates to go beyond your limits.
I hope that the next three days will remain the most meaningful memory of your school days.

​​My name is Jimin Park and I am delighted to serve you as the Deputy of Administration.
This is my second time participating in KISMUN as part of the administration team. Last year, I participated as an admin staff and learnt how to prepare for the conference and support participants. With the help from seniors and fellow staff, I was able to finish my tasks and could end my duty with valuable experiences and pleasant memories.
From last year's experience, I learnt how important it is to provide the right debate environment. Thus, I will work my hardest to provide an enjoyable and comfortable environment this year. During KISMUN2021, our team will support you so you can show your abilities, express your thoughts, and develop your speech skills at the conference.
Speaking in front of people always requires confidence and the courage to overcome nervousness. This is why we are scared or afraid of standing up to say something. But whether it is a speech or something each one of us fears, I believe overcoming it and taking a step forward will drive us to try something greater.
I hope KISMUN2021 can be an unforgettable experience that allows you to go beyond your limits.

​Honorable Chairs, Delegates, Student Officers and Directors, I am Da Hye Ryu, Head of Press.
It’s a great honor to be with you at KISMUN 2021 as Head of Press.
Following last year, I participated in MUN as a press team this year. The Press team consists of a photographer and a journalist. It is responsible for recording all the processes during the MUN. When I worked as a photographer in the Press team last year, I watched MUN from behind and learned how the MUN has been going so far and what efforts are needed. It was such a good experience and a meaningful day that I came here to participate again.
The most important keyword I felt while preparing for MUN is confidence. I think I was able to come here because I also had confidence. It is most important for MUN to speak out. There can be situations when you hesitate to come forward and become afraid, but be confident and make your voice heard. That’s the power that makes MUN exists.
This year, even though the situation is not good due to Corona, MUN will continue. We aren't able to meet and talk to people as much as we want, but we can be together at MUN. I'm sure you'll be with us so that we can lead the best MUN.

Welcome to KISMUN 2021!
I am Sumin Lee, and I am delighted to serve you all as the Deputy of the Press team.
This is my second time participating in the KISMUN as the press team. While attending KISMUN 2020, I made numerous valuable memories such as watching delegates debating or doing my job as the photographer. After gaining various treasured memories, I truly wanted to participate in the conference one more time. Luckily, I was selected as the deputy of the press team, and I am elated to join the conference again this year. Thank you for giving me a meaningful position in this significant event. I am very excited to see all the chairs, delegates, and student officers trying their best to make this year the best among others.
During the KISMUN 2021, the press team will capture your wonderful moments so that you can keep your memories of the KISMUN 2021 for a long time. We will try our best to take photos of your ardent participation. In addition, we will publish newspapers with interesting anecdotes to make the event more memorable, so please look forward to it.
To all participants, I will promise you all that this KISMUN will be the utmost conference you have attended in your life, and as the deputy of the press team, I will do my best to keep what I said.

Distinguished Delegates and Esteemed Guests. I'm So Jin from the Web Masters.
It is my utmost pleasure to serve you as the web master in KISMUN 2021. Starting as a delegate of Finland, I have struggled to find my place in KISMUN for quite a long time. After finding my way as a Webmaster, I was very excited to be a part of the team from a different approach.
Webmasters contribute to the event by delivering all the issues during the conference and presenting the conference's success. Our team will keep you updated by sharing photos of your activities and other materials on the upcoming KISMUN web page. Guides for each committee will also be provided through the web page, and our webmasters are ready to provide technological assistance when necessary.
I cannot stress enough how meaningful this activity has become to me. Out of the few conferences I've attended in my past years, KISMUN 2021 will be my last. Therefore, I want to make it as memorable as possible! The secretariat and staff are wishing the best of luck for all delegates and staff at KISMUN 2021, looking forward to creating its most exceptional iteration yet, and are working with their heart to ensure a successful conference. As this year's Web Master, I hope that I will fulfill my duty and make sure to guarantee and provide all KISMUN participants with the best experience possible.

Honorable chairs, esteemed delegates, and everyone who is attending KISMUN 2021. My name is Min Jeong Park, playing the role of Web Master this year.
To begin, I’d like to express my gratitude for the opportunity to work with everyone as a Web Master this year. When I first entered middle school, my first role in KISMUN was as a representative for Pakistan. A few years ago, I was simply a mediocre delegate of Pakistan, but today I’m back to MUN as the Web Master of KISMUN, which is challenging for me. In my first MUN experience, I was particularly interested in the individuals who served as Chairs or as Student officers and Directors. They made significant contributions to the MUN by performing exceptionally well. I believed that I would never have a chance to be one of them in a key position, but now I see myself as a Web Master and am looking forward to the conference’s success.
Last year, KISMUN 2020 I came back to MUN working as a Press, taking photos of everyone. I had the opportunity to contribute and learn more about MUN. After my first experience with KISMUN, 5 years have passed, and I can see the astonishing evolution of KISMUN today. The amazing change has driven me back to MUN this year and motivates me to work hard in this position even more.
This KISMUN 2021 will sadly be my final KISMUN participation, but I'm delighted to end my final KISMUN with this important position. As I have always done, I will perfectly fulfill the role given, and I hope that this 2021 KISMUN will precede well under the circumstances.

I’m Hong Sul, the Head of a Public Media Creator. Actually, I participated in KISMUN as an admin last year. While working as an admin, I was impressed with the way PMC members promoted and designed this event, and I thought I would like to experience it. So I’m really grateful to have the opportunity to attend KISMUN as a PMC Head and, also I’m very honored to take on an important position in this event
While preparing for this event, as the leader of PMC, there was a feeling of oppression to do everything well without any confusion. And the mood of KISMUN had to be created by PMC and the chief designer, so I paid a lot of attention to the design. However, I was able to solve this hardship together with the high-skilled members, and I was able to build up valuable experiences. As such, I’m sure that if you participate in this KISMUN 2021 with passion, that experience will be meaningful to your life.
I hope that you will do your best during the 3 days. We will also try our best to capture the wonderful moments for you. Each person will participate in this KISMUN with different meanings, but whatever the reason is, I will cheer for this KISMUN to be a delightful memory of your school life.

Warm welcome to all delegates, student officers, guests, and directors of KISMUN 2021.
My name is MinJeong Kwon, and It is a great honor to serve you as the Deputy of the Public Media Creator this year.
This is my second time attending KISMUN as part of the Public Media Creator. I joined KISMUN last year as a designer and had a wonderful experience there. At that time, I wished to participate in KISMUN 2021 if I could. Now I am here, obliged, with such an important position to be presented at KISMUN 2021.
During KISMUN 2021 our PMC team will be in charge of videos, posters, promotions, and all the design areas needed for KISMUN to provide a better environment for your activities.
"Beyond your limits" is the topic of this year. It must be difficult to challenge your limits, because it requires confidence and a lot of effort. As the topic of KISMUN, I hope KISMUN 2021 can be an opportunity for you to go beyond your limits with confidence and courage.
I hope this year’s KISMUN can be a memorable one for all participants attending the conference.

To all participants and delegates of KISMUN 2021, greetings!
My name is Gamin Kim, the chief designer of KISMUN 2021. This is my 3rd KISMUN, but it is my first time to lead the layout design organization for KISMUN. This experience has been the most meaningful one I had in school and would also be the most memorable work because I get to serve in the area that is closest to my heart: arts and design.
Through the years as a student, I look to the arts as my source of inspiration and my main preoccupation. I have been fascinated by the creative designs of the chief designers who came before me and the concepts they have conveyed, so I also wanted to give the position a try because I wanted to do my best in inspiring future designers as well. As I got inspired by the previous leaders, I realized that arts and design have an enormous way to touch people’s hearts, leave a lasting impression on others, and inspire them to action.
Additionally, I have wanted to add my unique and fresh perspectives to the organization by designing the materials that would reflect my personal touch and in keeping with the vision and mission of the KISMUN2021. This undertaking is my greatest challenge and I feel that this is also my best contribution to our organization, so I hope everyone involved would be inspired by our effort like I was at that time.
